The construction projects are mainly coming from the private sector. We have designed different type of building: apartments, villas, buildings, offices, shops, malls, workshops. However, we have also participated to architectural competition for local government projects.
For each mandate, we seek to combine rigorous planning, efficient cost control and respect of the deadlines. Our knowledge of the regional situation enables us to estimate closely the construction costs.
Over the years, we have expanded our competence to the real estate fields. Recognized by the Swiss College of Expert-Architects (CSEA), our office is able to define different type of construction strategies that fit together with the planned budget. We can also give advises on any investments through various evaluation of project.
