Created in 1998, our architectural office is registered in Givisiez in the French part of Switzerland. It is organized around a team of experienced and multilingual architects. We bring our competence in project and management of medium sized buildings. Affiliated to the SIA (the Swiss Association of Engineers and Architects), our team is applying the construction norms published by this association in order to be sure that the implementation are done properly.
For every mandate, we seek to combine rigorous planning with efficient cost control and respect of the deadlines. Our knowledge of the regional situation enables us to estimate closely the construction costs.
Over the years, we have expanded our competence to the real estate fields. Recognized by the Swiss College of Expert-Architects (CSEA), our office is able to define different type of construction strategies that fit together with the planned budget. We can also give advises on any investments through various evaluation of project.
While most of our business is concerning Switzerland, we have also collaborate on several projects in France, Eastern Europe (former Yugoslavia, Russia) and more recently in Africa.
